Please bring water and a small towel. All other equipment is provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own mat, weights and resistance bands.​

​​

Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to set up, settle in and to avoid disrupting other students. Mat classes are 55mins and Roll and Release 45mins long.
