Hi! I'm Clare, a Pilates instructor with a professional background in Physiotherapy.

I gained my Pilates training through the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) and have taught Mat and Equipment based Pilates since 2010 in both the clinical and fitness studio setting. 

I have a particular passion for teaching Prenatal and Postnatal women following on from my experience treating women’s health physiotherapy clients and since becoming a mother myself to two young children. 

I have over 10 years experience as a physiotherapist in both the UK and Australia including working with sports injuries, lower back pain, post surgical patients, orthopedic conditions, injury prevention and rehabilitation. 

Working closely with your physical therapist, surgeon or sports doctor, I can assist you in achieving your rehab goals through clinical Pilates.
